Karen Lazar Design offers size exchanges on the original style(s) purchased. Items on sale are not eligible for exchanges. If you would like to purchase a different style than your original purchase, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
To initiate an exchange, please click here. You will be sent a USPS label or given the option to exchange in person at our Los Angeles Showroom (free of charge).
Your exchange will automatically be placed in our system once your return is in transit and scanned in by USPS. You will receive a new order confirmation email and shipping updates as soon as the package arrives at our office.
Please note there is a $10 restocking fee. You have 30 days from when the initial order was placed to initiate an exchange.
