Because of this, the beads are non-tarnish and produced to ensure wear and tear--plus they can match the allure and coloring of solid gold pieces!

Our Sterling Silver beads are produced with the highest quality 925 Sterling Silver. We even include an anti-tarnish agent to ensure optimal durability!

We offer 10 different wrist sizes to ensure the best fit! For reference, our most average size is a 6.50" which fits like a S-M wrist.

Due to the nature of Sterling Silver, it does oxidize over time. With that, the oils and acids in your skin, as well as exposing your pieces to chemicals such as chlorine will expedite the oxidation. We always recommend cleaning your sterling silver the same way you would treat your sterling silver ware. Polish away!

We produce our products with durability at the top of our minds. As long as you're careful rolling them on and off your wrist, one piece at a time, they will keep their size!

We always like to say that our stacks are built to be second skin, so keeping them on at all times actually extends their lifetime!

That being said, your wrists get swollen from time to time, and with that, bracelets can stretch! That's why we offer restrings for you, starting at $20. You can find more information on repairs here.

Our rings fit true to size in terms of average ring sizing.

If you are between sizes, we suggest sizing up as our beads are strung on elastic!

Our KLD bracelets are strung on a unique, delicate jewelry elastic cord. We carefully produce each piece with the optimal cord depending on the bead size, gemstone, and desired fit.

Because of this, the pieces can stretch over your hand, but still fit to the wrist once on!

We love our DTC customers! But yes, KLD is in many retail stores across the globe!

In the unlikely event that your piece breaks or needs a restring, we do offer repairs! The first 90 days are on us—given that you have a majority of your beads and stones. Thereafter, a small service fee starting at $20 will be charged, and the client will be responsible for shipping fees. This of course changes on a case by case basis. 

If your piece was purchased 1+ years ago, is missing gemstones or a significant amount of beads, we may consider it beyond repair. In this case, we will politely request the piece to be shipped back to you. 

If a repair is needed on a piece from our Fine Collection, we will handle this on a case by case basis as well.

To ensure the longest lifespan of your pieces, we recommend the below:

• Be sure to "roll" your bracelets on and off the wrist. This means following your hand the entire time and never stretching the bracelet more than the widest part of your knuckles. Think "thumb to pinky!"
• Try your best not to expose your sterling silver pieces to harsh chemicals.
• Clean your pieces! Like all solid gold pieces, your 14k gold filled jewelry deserves some extra sparkle from time to time. A nice polish or our favorite, dawn dish soap & warm water mix, will make your pieces look brand new!
