Repair Policy

  • Repairs / Restrings are only done on jewelry purchased within the last 6 months.
  • Bracelets that are missing beads or gemstones cannot be repaired.
  • Rings are not being repaired.
  • Please email Customer Service to request a Return Authorization. Once approved you will receive an RA#.
  • Authorized Repairs / Restrings may take a minimum of 6-8 weeks to complete.
  • Repairs/ Restrings shipped to us without RA# will NOT be accepted.
  • If your item is over 6 months old you must email us at to find out if your item is eligible for repair. 


** Currently we are not accepting repairs during Holiday Season. Please check back with us after the first of the year.
