Repair Policy

In the unlikely event that your piece breaks or needs a restring, we do offer repairs! The first 90 days are on us—given that you have a majority of your beads and stones. Thereafter, a small service fee starting at $20 will be charged, and the client will be responsible for shipping fees. This of course changes on a case by case basis. 

If your piece was purchased 1+ years ago, is missing gemstones or a significant amount of beads, we may consider it beyond repair. In this case, we will politely request the piece to be shipped back to you. 

If a repair is needed on a piece from our Fine Collection, we will handle this on a case by case basis as well.

Please contact us at info@karenlazardesign.com with your name and order number to initiate the repair process. Please note that authorized repairs / restrings may take a minimum of 2-4 weeks to complete.
